Choreography Journey
CREATING STORIES THROUGH MOVEMENT
Over the past decade, I have choreographed more than 500 competitive and recreational works, including solos, duets, trios, small groups, large groups, productions, and musicals. Since creating my first competition routine in 2014, my work has been recognized for its storytelling, musicality, and ability to connect with audiences both emotionally and visually.
My choreography has earned numerous choreography and entertainment awards, National Titles, Overall High Scores, Judges' Awards, and special recognition from regional and national competitions. Honors include Captivating Choreography, Best Production, Most Entertaining Choreography, Best Musical Theatre Choreography, and several Choreography Judges Choice Awards, among others.
Beyond competition pieces, I have written, directed, and choreographed large-scale productions including Enchanted Forest (2017), The Nightmare Before Christmas (2024), Stranger Things (2025), The Greatest Showman (2026), and the original stage musical Not for Sale (2025). Since 2019, I have also served as Creative Director and Stage Manager for StarStruck Dance Studio's annual productions, overseeing the artistic vision from concept to performance.
My creative process is rooted in storytelling. I strive to create choreography that is intentional, musical, and emotionally driven—encouraging dancers to become authentic performers rather than relying solely on technical tricks. Whether creating for the stage, competition, or live entertainment, my goal is always to leave audiences feeling something long after the curtain closes.
Desiderium: My first concert piece
Desiderium
California State University Fullerton and SAE Dance Performing Arts School 2022-2023
Desiderium was my senior capstone project at California State University, Fullerton and the first full-length concert work I produced as a choreographer. As one of the first students in the dance program to independently produce an original showcase, I oversaw the creative process from concept development through production.
This 10-minute contemporary jazz work explores the universal longing for freedom while celebrating collectivism, cultural identity, and human connection through movement.

Following its premiere at CSUF, Desiderium was selected to be restaged at SAE Dance Performing Arts School in Pomona, California. In February 2023, I had the opportunity to cast, rehearse, and set the work on a new group of dancers before returning to attend its performance that April.
In 2025, I was invited back to remount Desiderium on a new cast for festival submissions—an honor that reflects the continued impact and longevity of the work.
